About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Execution and Collaboration Framework
- PRD development and backlog management: Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) by considering both technical feasibility and business impact, and prioritize development tasks accordingly.
- Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate closely with engineering, design, sales, and field installation teams to manage milestones across product development projects.
2. Customer-Focused Problem Definition and Solution Design
- Field-based use case development: Observe logistics and manufacturing sites to design user scenarios and derive fundamental requirements through analysis of customer behavior patterns.
- Customer value (ROI) analysis: Quantitatively assess productivity improvements delivered by robotic solutions and build a compelling business case for adoption.
3. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development
- Autonomous robotic forklift solution planning: Establish mid- to long-term product roadmaps based on market and technology trend analysis, and define concepts for new features.
- Lifecycle management: Lead the entire product lifecycle—from initial planning and launch to data-driven product enhancement during operation and eventual product retirement.
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of PM experience: Proven experience leading the full product lifecycle—from planning and development to launch and operation—for IT services or hardware products for at least three years.
Problem definition and analytical thinking: Ability to structure and analyze requirements from diverse stakeholders, identify core problems, and make rational, data-driven decisions.
Business acumen: Capable of developing product strategies by balancing technical feasibility with market viability and customer desirability.
Strong communication skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and convert customer requirements into clear product and technical specifications through structured and flexible communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar disciplines.
Domain expertise: Strong understanding of the logistics automation industry.
B2B experience: Experience with enterprise solutions or large equipment businesses, including familiarity with characteristics such as long sales cycles and ROI-driven decision-making.
Agile methodology: Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
