Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid online and offline training programs, consultations, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Diego Consulting through this website.

 

2. General Principles

  1. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable Korean consumer protection laws and this policy.

  2. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service, timing of the request, and whether the service has already been provided.

3. Consultation Services (One-on-One Sessions)

  1. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session:

    • 100% refund.

  2. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session:

    • 50% refund.

  3. No-show or cancellation after the scheduled start time:

    • No refund.

  4. If the Company cancels or reschedules the session due to unavoidable circumstances, the user may choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • Rescheduling at no additional cost.

 

4. Online Training Programs

  1. Before access to the training materials is granted:

    • 100% refund.

  2. After access is granted but before 25% of the course is completed:

    • 50% refund.

  3. After 25% or more of the course is completed:

    • No refund.

  4. If technical issues attributable to the Company prevent access to the course, a full or partial refund may be provided at the Company’s discretion.

 

5. Offline Training Programs

  1. Cancellation at least 7 days before the start date:

    • 100% refund.

  2. Cancellation 3–6 days before the start date:

    • 50% refund.

  3. Cancellation within 2 days of the start date or after the program begins:

    • No refund.

  4. If the Company cancels the program, participants may choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • Transfer to a future session.

 

6. Refund Method and Timing

  1. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  2. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

 

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless required by law:

  • Services already fully provided

  • Administrative or third-party fees that have already been incurred

 

8. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Name

  • Service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

 

9. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on the website with the updated effective date.
