  2. “Job Seeker” means a User seeking employment opportunities through the Company.

  3. “Employer” means a User seeking to recruit or hire personnel through the Company.

  4. “Employment Placement Services” means services provided by the Company to connect Job Seekers and Employers, including information provision, candidate referrals, and related consulting.

 

3. Posting and Amendment of Terms

  1. The Company shall post these Terms on the website in a manner that allows Users to easily review them.

  2. The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.

  3. Any amendments shall be announced on the website prior to their effective date.

 

4. Scope of Services

The Company may provide the following Services:

  1. Employment placement and recruitment-related information

  2. Candidate referral and matching services

  3. Career, business, investment, or start-up consulting

  4. Licensed real estate brokerage and related consulting services

  5. Any other services designated by the Company

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion.

 

5. Nature of Employment Placement Services

  1. The Company acts solely as an intermediary providing information and placement assistance between Job Seekers and Employers.

  2. The Company is not a party to any employment contract between a Job Seeker and an Employer.

  3. The Company does not guarantee:

    • Employment or hiring outcomes

    • Salary, working conditions, or job stability

    • Visa issuance, extension, or status maintenance

    • Any specific business, investment, or immigration result

 

6. User Obligations

  1. Users must provide accurate and truthful information.

  2. Users shall not:

    • Submit false resumes or job postings

    • Misrepresent identity or qualifications

    • Post unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading job conditions

    • Interfere with the operation of the website

    • Violate applicable laws or regulations

 

7. Notices to Job Seekers

  1. Job Seekers are solely responsible for verifying:

    • Employment terms

    • Salary and benefits

    • Working conditions

    • Employer credentials

  2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of information provided by Employers.

 

8. Notices to Employers

  1. Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, immigration, and labor laws.

  2. The Company does not guarantee:

    • The qualifications, credentials, or performance of any Job Seeker

    • The accuracy of information submitted by Job Seekers

  3. Hiring decisions and employment conditions are solely the responsibility of the Employer.

 

9. Additional Disclaimers for Foreign National Employment

  1. Information regarding visas, immigration status, or work authorization is provided for general informational purposes only.

  2. Visa eligibility, issuance, extension, or status maintenance is determined solely by the relevant governmental authorities.

  3. The Company does not guarantee:

    • Visa approval or extension

    • Eligibility for any specific immigration category

    • Continued lawful stay or employment in Korea

  4. Job Seekers are responsible for:

    • Verifying their own immigration status

    • Complying with visa conditions and local laws

  5. Employers are responsible for:

    • Compliance with immigration and labor regulations

    • Proper sponsorship or reporting obligations, if applicable

10. Fees and Paid Services

  1. Certain Services may be subject to fees, in accordance with applicable laws and prior notice.

  2. Fee structures, payment timing, and methods shall be governed by separate agreements or service terms.

 

11. Third-Party Services

  1. The website may contain services or information provided by third parties.

  2. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of such third-party content or services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from the Company.

 

13. Service Suspension

  2. The Company does not intervene in disputes between Users.

The Company shall protect Users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in accordance with applicable procedural laws.
