Important Changes to Korea Immigration Reporting System




Certain immigration-related changes must be reported to the Immigration Office within 15 days.


Starting Monday, June 1, 2026, the types of reports that may be submitted via fax will be limited.


Any restricted filings submitted by fax will be automatically rejected, so employers, foreign nationals, and HR personnel should be aware of the new changes.
